Parking
Coaches drop off and pick up only, Coach parking is prohibited on site. (the nearest coach park is in Windsor and info can be obtained from the RBWM website)
Minibuses and visitors will be directed to the overflow car park, (Which will take approx. 50 cars or 20 x 16-seater minibuses).
Visitors that are spectating will have to pay to park, TVAC are offering a discounted day rate of £3.00.
Parents/guardians must pay via the provided link to receive this discount. If payment is made through Ringo or the machine outside reception, the standard parking rates will apply.
(Please note: Payments cannot be made at reception.)If you choose not to pay, we are not responsible for any parking tickets you may receive. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to maintain smooth traffic flow and efficient use of the parking facilities.

Up to 1 hour £1.20
1-2 hours £2.40
2-3 hours £3.60
3-4 hours £4.80
4-5 hours £7.50
Over 5 hours £10.00
When dropping off and picking up, parents/guardians must park on the overflow field. The only exception is for blue badge holders. In the event that the overflow gets full, centre staff will direct traffic to the appropriate area.
Note:
The main car park is primarily for TVAC members, there is space for approximately 70 cars, however spaces are not marked individually, and we rely on your judgment for parking.
Please be aware that parking on the outside road or pavements is illegal and may attract police attention and result in tickets being issued. Due to operational constraints experienced in previous years, and to avoid unnecessary parking tickets TVAC are no longer able to accommodate a 15-minute grace period for drop-off and pick-up in our car park. As a result, parents/guardians are required to either pay the standard parking fee or opt for the discounted day rate for the duration of their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient use of our parking facilities.
General housekeeping:
It is the schools’ responsibility to monitor and control students’ behaviour and where abouts while at TVAC and we ask that you:
Bring along as many staff/helpers as possible to show a visible school presence of supervisors.
Control children around toilet areas, only two pupils are allowed in the toilet at a time.
Keep students away from all no-go areas, which will be marked with no entry signs and ensure there is no unnecessary loitering around our main reception area.
In the interest of hygiene and safety, dogs (other than guide dogs) and other animals are not permitted to any facility except with the prior written consent of the appropriate Duty Manager.
